I went along to the launch night and, with music blaring, traditional stone baked pizzas and sweeping views of London, I must say it's the perfect spot for a summer tipple or two. As for Peroni Ambra, however, the jury is still out. It was light, refreshing and beautifully served - over a bed of ice with an orange garnish - but, fitting somewhere between a beer and a cocktail, I'm not sure when I would order one.
